No, we do not provide refunds. Each client is required to accept our Terms and Conditions before reservation is accepted. To protect your investment, each and every client is encouraged to purchase travel insurance. Contact us at info@queenstravelgroup.com to learn more about your travel insurance options.
You should make every effort to make a payment every month. If you find yourself not being able to make a payment, please send us an email at info@queenstravelgroup.com. If you fail to make a payment for 60 days without any communication to us, your reservations will automatically cancel.
Once you make your reservation, you will receive an account summary. Your account summary will list your monthly payment plan. This is set up by default to charge your credit card every month, or you can choose to turn off the automatic monthly billing option.
You can make monthly payments several ways. Many of our clients are on auto-pay. But you can also visit our website home page, www.queenstravelgroup.com and click the “Account Login” link in the top right corner. You will also receive emails monthly regarding your payments and there will be a link to view your account history and make a payment if needed.
Itineraries are sent to each client 30 days before the event via email. We try to get itineraries finalized sooner and if we do you will receive it via email.
